No Extra Charge for up to 3 animals providing services can be completed in the time allowed (multiple dogs must be able to walk together). Please call for a quote on households with more than 3 animals.

Please Note: Prices quoted are based on up to a 6- mile (one-way) distance from our office. Please add an additional $1 per mile (one-way) for homes past 6 miles up to 10 miles. We do not service any accounts past the 10-mile mark due to the time spent traveling. Please visit PUPS to find a local sitter if you are outside our service area.

Combination of services is ok. For instance, you may choose 3 visits per day for the first 4 days, then 4 visits per day for the remainder. That's the best our services offer; completely customizable care based on YOUR pet's needs!

Pet Taxi Service: Please make payment arrangements in advance for trips to Groomers, Veterinarian, or Pet Supplies Pickup - $25/hour in 1/4 Hour Increments, Mileage after 12 total miles, and Bill Reimbursement.

Additional Fees
Your Customer Service Agreement clearly states all fees rendered by Diva’s Doggy Daycare. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, an invoice for any extra services or supplies provided will be either left at the last visit or mailed within 3 business days. Please notify us within 24 hours of any disputed charge. We appreciate your prompt remittal.

For liability reasons, I will not intentionally leave any home unlocked for another service provider to gain entry. Other visitors scheduled to visit your home requiring entry assistance will incur a Drop-In charge. An additional Drop-In charge will occur for re-securing home if not completed on the first visit.

Holidays & Vacations
We are a family owned business and understand that the holidays are important to everyone. After much deliberation, I have decided that I will provide service on major holidays with a $15 flat fee per day surcharge (on the day only). They include:

Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
